1. Usage Agreement

By using LeadFlow, you agree to these terms. LeadFlow is a SaaS tool for lead management and third-party integration automation.

2. Client Responsibility

You are responsible for the legal compliance of the leads you collect. You must ensure proper consent is obtained from individuals before contacting them.

3. Service Connectivity

We provide connectivity to Meta and Google. We are not responsible for any downtime or changes in third-party API availability that may affect lead syncing.

4. Payments & Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed recurringly. You can cancel at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial months already billed.

5. Liabilities

Bcreate Systems shall not be liable for any data loss, profit loss, or legal disputes arising from your use of the platform.
