LeadFlow takes your privacy and data autonomy seriously. If you have connected your Meta (Facebook) or Google account to LeadFlow and wish to remove our access and delete your data, please follow the instructions below.
Option 1: Removing Access via LeadFlow (Recommended)
Log in to your LeadFlow Dashboard.
Navigate to the Settings page from the main menu.
Scroll down to the Ad Platform Integrations section.
Click the Reconnect/Disconnect button next to the connected service (Meta or Google).
Once disconnected, LeadFlow will immediately delete the stored access tokens from our servers and cease all data synchronization.
Option 2: Removing Access via Facebook (Meta)
Go to your Facebook account's Settings & Privacy.
Click on Settings.
In the left-hand menu, click on Security and Login, then find Apps and Websites.
Locate Bcreate LeadFlow in the list of active apps.
Click the Remove button.
Confirm the removal. This will revoke our access to your Meta data. Any data previously imported will remain in your LeadFlow account until you explicitly delete it or your account.
Deleting All LeadFlow Data
If you want to permanently delete your entire LeadFlow account, including all imported leads, pipeline data, and settings:
Email our support team at support@bcreatesystems.com from the email address associated with your account.
Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line.
We will process your request and permanently purge all your data from our active databases within 30 days.
